PRICING POLICY
Fluctuation of Precious Metals: All listed prices for jewelry items are based on the current market value of gold and other precious metals.
Price Adjustments: As metal markets are subject to constant change, Mayra reserves the right to adjust the final price of any item without prior notice. The binding price will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

LIFETIME AFTERCARE & SERVICE
Complimentary Service: Mayra is pleased to offer complimentary lifetime aftercare services for cleaning and basic polishing of your purchased jewelry.

Scope and Exclusions: This service covers regular maintenance to preserve the item’s shine. However, it does not constitute a warranty and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect

WARRANTY & DAMAGE COVERAGE
Misuse and Damage: The warranty does not cover broken, chipped, or damaged items resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear after the purchase date.

Liability: Mayra is not liable for the repair or replacement of items damaged due to customer misuse or poor care. Such repairs will be subject to a separate service charge.

PRODUCT CARE & liability 
Care Warning: Customers are strongly advised to avoid direct contact between jewelry (especially silver and gold) and harsh substances, including but not limited to, perfume, lotions, hairspray, chlorine, and abrasive cleaners.

Chemical Reaction Risk: Exposure to such substances can cause irreversible damage, including oxidation (tarnishing) of silver, and dullness or discoloration of gold.

Disclaimer: Mayra is not responsible or liable for any damage, discoloration, or dullness resulting from the customer’s failure to follow proper care instructions or due to misuse.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Final Sale: All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been purchased and received.

Exception for Manufacturing Defects: The only acceptable ground for an exchange is if the item is found to have a verifiable manufacturing defect upon inspection by Mayra’s specialists. Any claim for a manufacturing defect must be reported within X days of purchase/delivery

ORDER CANCELATION 
Window for Cancellation

Time Limit: Customers may request an order cancellation within a strict two (2) hour window following the placement of their order.

Reasoning: Once this two-hour period has passed, the order is considered confirmed and processing has begun. Therefore, cancellations will not be accepted after this time.

Cancellation Process and Confirmation

How to Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted immediately via email to our Customer Service team at [email protected]

Required Confirmation: A cancellation request is not valid until the customer receives a formal Cancellation Confirmation Email from Mayra.

Refund Processing: Approved cancellations will be processed, and the refund will be initiated within 1 business days.

Exceptions

No Exceptions After 2 Hours: Due to the custom and production nature of our jewelry, we strictly adhere to the 2-hour cancellation window to ensure timely processing and delivery for all customers.

AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Mayra Jewelry in respect of the sale, purchase, and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions is binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
